2.1. All dogs participating in training must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments. 2.2. We reserve the right to refuse training to any dog that shows signs of infectious disease or extreme aggression that poses a risk to others. 2.3. Diglake Gundogs uses humane, reward-based training methods. We reserve the right to cease a session if a client uses harsh physical handling or equipment we deem inappropriate.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1. Bookings: Training sessions and assessments must be booked in advance. 3.2. Payment: Payment for individual sessions or blocks is due [at the time of booking / on the day of training]. 3.3. Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for the cancellation of a training session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged the full session fee. 3.4. Weather: Training is generally outdoor-based. In cases of extreme weather (e.g., heatwaves or dangerous storms), we reserve the right to reschedule for the safety of the dogs and handlers.

4. Puppy Sales and Stud Services

4.1. Puppies: The sale of any puppy is subject to a separate Puppy Sales Contract, which outlines health guarantees, Kennel Club registration, and return policies. 4.2. Deposits: Deposits for puppies are non-refundable, except in the event that the puppy becomes unavailable due to health reasons prior to collection. 4.3. Stud Services: Stud services are subject to the stud dog owner’s specific contract, including requirements for the bitch’s health testing and "tie" guarantees.

5. Liability

5.1. While every equilibrium is made to ensure the safety of your dog during training, dog training is not without risk. Owners remain responsible for their dog’s actions at all times. 5.2. Diglake Gundogs will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person, animal, or property, except where such loss is caused by our proven negligence. 5.3. We recommend all clients have valid Third Party Liability insurance for their dogs.

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on www.diglakegundogs.com, including text, photos of dogs, and logos, is the property of Diglake Gundogs. 6.2. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without express written permission.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)
